In 2000, while working as a property manager, Monique completed her real estate certificate.
Her diverse roles within the real estate industry have included managing a small administration and sales team as well as a rental department with a portfolio of residential, commercial and rural properties. Moving to an independently owned office, Monique had the opportunity to apply her skills as a senior property and business development manager, maintaining and building a portfolio of residential and commercial premises.
The wealth of knowledge Monique had gained culminated in her completing a Diploma in Real Estate in 2008.
Deciding to take a short break from real estate, Monique worked as a personal banker and most recently with a medical recruitment agency.
Throughout her working career she has completed over 100 courses in a large range of areas
