Lance was born and bred in the Northern Suburbs of Brisbane and to this day remains a local, residing in the ever growing and expansive suburb of Chermside West.
Prior to his move into Real Estate in 2003, Lance left high school and went straight into a panel beating apprenticeship where he excelled in skills and knowledge of industry. This was noticed by Australia when Lance was hand selected to join the 1999 Gold Coast Indy repair team.
After completing his apprenticeship and spending years as a tradesman Lance then lived, worked and travelled the United Kingdom and Europe for over 2 years. Since then, the experience Lance has gained from travelling through over 23 countries, including Africa, America and Asia, and interacting with a multitude of nationalities is evident in his communication and interaction with each client, colleague and friend.
On returning to Australia, Lance decided to capitalize on his broader interest in Real Estate and joined the team at Coronis Realty. During this time with the company, Lance has built excellent client relationships through his enthusiasm, client rapport and strong work ethic. Lance is focused on providing the best possible service for each of his clients and takes great pride in seeing his clients happy with the results.
