Karen Simpson was born and bred in country New South Wales. Karen’s down to earth and warm personality is very receptive by the people she deals with who have an appreciation for honesty, integrity and professional manner. Whilst studying a Bachelor of Business, Karen held the position of leading Area Sales Manager for one of Australia’s fastest growing fashion retailers with the majority of stores achieving record breaking sales targets.
Karen has a passion for working with people and had chosen the real estate industry to enable her to continue establishing relationships with the people she deals with. Her client relationships are based on trust and ethics, and she attributes a large part of her success to actively listening to her client’s needs. It’s immediately apparent how much she enjoys interacting with clients and finding inspired ways of helping them achieve the best results.
With a long experience in sales it has taught her to perform in all market conditions - buoyant or sluggish and has learnt the importance of dedicated self-motivation along with an emphasis on open communication with clients.
